Als gr\u00f6\u00dfte Organisation in Kenia, die sich auf die Menschen und ihre Gesundheit konzentriert, unterst\u00fctzt Amref Health Africa die Gruppe von Fatuma und andere \u00e4hnliche Selbsthilfegruppen beim Anbau, bei der Pflege und beim Verkauf von Lebensmitteln. Die Mitglieder von Fatumas Community behalten und verkaufen ihre Ernte und haben auch mit der Viehzucht begonnen.
